An interactive add-on for weddings, parties and corporate events across Gippsland. Guests play bingo on their phones using songs from your playlist — no app, no paper, no fuss.
What is Musical Bingo?
Musical Bingo replaces traditional bingo numbers with songs. Every guest gets a unique card on their phone filled with songs from your playlist. As DJ Stefan plays each song, guests tap to mark it off — first to complete a line wins!
Guests scan a QR code
Every guest scans the QR code on their table card and instantly gets their own unique bingo card — no app download, works on any phone.
Songs play, guests mark
As each song plays, the title appears on the projector screen. Guests tap to mark it off their card. Every card is different so everyone stays in the game.
First to BINGO wins
First guest to complete a line shouts BINGO! DJ Stefan confirms the win on the projector screen. You supply the prize — bottle of wine, gift card, or anything you like.
How it works on the night
Before the event
You submit your song list. Stefan builds a custom game with your songs ready to go.
During dinner
Guests scan the QR code on their table. Each person gets a unique randomised bingo card on their phone instantly.
Stefan controls the pace
From the DJ booth, Stefan advances songs and the projector updates in real time — song title, played list, and progress bar.
BINGO!
A winner is called, the BINGO screen flashes on the projector, prize is awarded, and the next round begins.
