A winery venue on Buln Buln Road with room for up to 130 guests. I've played Brandy Creek, and it suits couples who want a relaxed wine-country feel only minutes from Drouin.

Everything's Better With Wine, Warragul

Right in town on Queen Street, taking up to 100 guests. I've DJed here, and it's a great pick if you want guests to walk or cab home rather than drive back from the hills.

Country estates and homesteads

Daizies, Warragul South

A country estate on the Korumburra-Warragul Road, up to 130 guests. One I've played, and a good fit for a classic country wedding.

The Black Tie, Warragul

Up to 130 guests, close to the centre of Warragul. I've played The Black Tie, and it's worth a look if you want an estate feel without long travel for your guests.

Toorongo Valley Estate, Noojee

Up in the Baw Baw ranges near Noojee, with capacity for up to 180. I've played here. It's a longer drive from Warragul, so plan transport and accommodation for guests early.

Mewburn Park, Trafalgar East

A historic homestead taking up to 150 guests, a short drive east of Warragul.

Function centres and clubs

Danny's The Venue, Warragul

The biggest dedicated function room in town at up to 200 guests. I've played Danny's, and it handles large guest lists comfortably.

Warragul Country Club

A golf club venue on Sutton Street for up to 160 guests. Another one I've played, and a practical, central choice.

Drouin Golf & Country Club

Golf club setting on McGlone Road, up to 150 guests.

Warragul Downtowner

A bar and bistro on Victoria Street, up to 120 guests, suited to a relaxed in-town reception.

Lardner Park

An exhibition centre that can take up to 500, the option for very large weddings or when you want to build your own setup from scratch.

Smaller and intimate venues

Parnassus Function Centre, Neerim Junction

Up to 90 guests in the hills north of Warragul. I've played Parnassus, and it suits couples keeping the guest list tight.

Hogget Kitchen, Warragul

A bistro venue for 80 seated or 120 cocktail style, good for food-focused celebrations.

Green Hills of Warragul

A farm setting for up to 100 guests.

Questions to ask any venue before you book

Check the music finish time and any noise limits, where the DJ sets up and whether there's power close by, whether the ceremony and reception are in different spots (you may need a second sound setup), and when suppliers can bump in. These details decide how smoothly the night runs.
